The Overlooked Casualties of Conflict

When we think of the armed forces we tend to think of military personnel followed by their partners. We very rarely think of their children, whose lifestyle requires a great deal of suffering and sacrifice; a sacrifice that for the majority has been made for them. This project takes the often ignored stories of service children and visualises them, giving their struggle centre stage rather than being left as an afterthought. These stories were applied to military related objects in the hope that non-military people could understand them.
